'SADCASE (R LA CART) PIT STOP BREAKFAST PARTY'

After the huge success of this years 'Not the Christmas Party' we are doing it again! Yes Meridith has agreed again to be the main (but not only) organiser of the Sadcase 2012 event. We are really pushing the boat out this time and holding the evening at the Avisford Park Hilton Hotel, Walberton, Nr. Arundel on Saturday 21st January. 7.30 for 8.00. The theme will be sixties and the main meal will be a FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST. When we say full we mean full with the complete range of breakfast items including kippers available. Continental, Vegan and Vegetarian options will be available. There will be a 60's disco, a guest speaker,  a cabaret, and a raffle to keep everyone amused and a good time is promised to everyone for just £30 a head. Transport by bus (small charge) is being organised to and from Storrington for those that prefer to leave the car at home. Special rate rooms have been reserved if you wish to stay the night and can be booked direct with the hotel.

WHEN: SATURDAY 21ST JANUARY 2012 7.30 FOR 8.00 PM AND ON TILL 1.00AM.

VENUE: THE GREAT ROOM, AVISFORD PARK HILTON HOTEL, WALBERTON, ARUNDEL,W.SX. THERE WILL ALSO BE A SEPARATE LARGE BAR ROOM AND A SMALLER ROOM FOR PHOTOS ETC. TO BE TAKEN. THIS YEAR WE HAD 120 GUESTS AND WE ARE EXPECTING AROUND 200 GUESTS NEXT YEAR.

THEME: 60'S AND MOTOR RACING. SO 60'S FASHIONS, RACE SUITS, OVERALLS AND ARMED FORCES OUTFITS ARE ENCOURAGED BUT NOT COMPULSORY.

ENTERTAINMENT: A 60'S DISCO HAS BEEN BOOKED, A GUEST SPEAKER, A DANCE DEMONSTRATION/CABARET IS ALSO PLANNED ALONG WITH A FUN BOTTLE RAFFLE/TOMBOLA. TABLES WILL BE THEMED WITH CRACKERS AND DECS ETC.

TRANSPORT: WE PLAN TO DO THE SAME AS LAST YEAR AND LAY ON A COUPLE OF BUSES FROM STORRINGTON BUS DEPOT TO THE HILTON HOTEL AT 7.00PM. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE AND A SMALL DONATION (£3 PER HEAD) WILL BE ASKED FOR ON THE NIGHT.
