It’s cold outside so let’s try and think of summer with this classy roadster! Car of the month for March is Clive and Jackie Crockett’s Jaguar F-Type. The F-Type is Jaguar’s latest two seater sports model. This example is a 340 bhp 3 litre supercharged V6 convertible in polaris white with a black soft top and black leather/suede interior. It has an eight speed box with paddle shift and a switch on the centre console which opens and closes a valve in the exhaust system making the car growl loudly or even more loudly depending on one’s mood. This car is capable of 0-60 in 5.1 seconds with a top speed of 161 m.p.h. Owning it is a dream realised for Clive as he has been hankering after one of these cars for nearly two years now, ever since he first drove one at a Jaguar promo event. Jackie’s appraisal of the car is summed up with one word “aggressive”. Clive doesn’t mind that at all. Thank you to both Clive and Jackie for providing this superb Jaguar as car of the month.
